NewDay™, Purple Mattress®, Purple Plus™, Purple Hybrid®, Purple Hybrid Premier® 3, Purple Hybrid Premier® 4, Purple Restore™ Mattress, Purple RestorePlus™ Mattress, Purple RestorePremier™ Mattress, Purple Rejuvenate™ Mattress, Purple RejuvenatePlus™ Mattress, Purple RejuvenatePremier™ Mattress, and Kid Mattress® We will refund the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and shipping charges once the mattress has been picked up. Purple or one of our authorized partners will arrange a time to remove the mattress for you. Photos of the mattress and the law tag will be required. To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the mattress law tag attached.
